Damon Watker

Damon Watker

Purchasing and Warehouse Manager

Having worked in a purchasing role with a local boat builder since 1988, Damon joined Peachment in 2016 bringing with him a plethora of skills and knowledge that can only be obtained over time. In charge of the day-to-day running of the warehouse, can sound easy enough, but we reckon Damon secretly has 6-8 arms to juggle the sheer amount of tasks he handles in a day. He also ensures orders are placed to our suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that your enquiries and orders are fulfilled promptly.

In his spare time, he loves to play snooker and badminton. He gets stuck in with his gardening work and even joins in the odd park run.

Fun Fact: Damon first started working at a local Brewery, training to become a beer dispense fitter to install the pumps/taps and cooling system. Of course, taste testing comes into it too…

Kevin Yaxley

Kevin Yaxley

Marine Electrical Engineer

Kevin, otherwise known as Yacko, is one of our Electrical Engineers having joined Peachment in 2022. He can be seen conducting all types of electrical repairs, installations and assembling our electrical components. His career began over 17 years ago having worked for a leading boatbuilder as a production electrician and fleet electrical engineer. This long career has resulted in plenty of experiences, many shocking ones, we’re sure… And he is always on hand to help and support customers and the team.

Kev loves Lego, having purchased the Titanic set, lots of Batman sets and even the Botanical sets. He’s a big kid at heart!

He also once tried doing his best impression of Keith Flint becoming the “Firestarter”, having set fire to himself on a boat whilst in build.

Bob Brett

Bob Brett

Marine Engineer

Bob, he works on boats, he lives on boats, he owns another boat, when he has holidays, they tend to be on boats. So when you think of Bob, it’s generally ‘that guy who does stuff with boats’. Bob is an engineer in the truest sense. He will complete services on engines, conduct PDI’s on new engines, fabricate and make parts for our installations on our lathe and ensure that anything going through the workshop is working optimally.

He’s our engineer and along with the electrical team, is the reason why we at Peachment can be proud of the work that we as a business complete. Bob has extensive knowledge in this industry with a can-do attitude, whilst also being able to think outside the box to ensure requirements are met, where possible.

Bob once cycled from the UK to Paris. Bob also likes Tea.

Matt Hurrell

Matt Hurrell

Matt came to us in May 2025 having been a marine engineer for 30+ years. Having worked with a leading boat builder in the local area for all his career, Matt has accumulated an impressive knowledge-set and an equally strong witty character, making working with him never a boring situation.

He likes playing Pool and has captained teams over 20 years.

Fun Fact: His middle name is Dorothy.

Anthony Adams

Anthony Adams

Marine Equipment Sales

Anthony ‘The Oracle’ Adams. Enough said, he’s been around since Julius Caesar decided to power his chariot with a N4.50. What Tony doesn’t know about the part numbers, relatable components or the internal diameter of the injection bend, isn’t worth knowing.

Okay, that may be an over exaggeration, but we all know that Tony has serious knowledge in his head that means day to day operations are much easier.

Tony’s role see’s him assisting with customer enquiries, processing orders and jumping on hand to help in the warehouse. His knowledge of Nanni engine spares is vast (have we said this already?), not just of today’s current range but also the different models which have come and gone over the decades.

Ashley Bradley

Ashley Bradley

Sales Coordinator

Ash, or for most of us, known as Barry, Big Bad Barry or Barrysaurus Rex.

Ash works within the sales team assisting with all aspects of customer support related queries, including product advice, orders and after sales. Having worked within the marine industry for the past 12 years, Ash has developed a strong knowledge of the industry, customers and products of a more technical nature.

Barry enjoys spending time with his family and also loves to throw his leg over a bicycle to go cycling around the Norfolk and Suffolk Countryside (weird…. that’s exercise!). He also enjoys fishing.

Fun Fact: Barry hails from a long line of Barry’s. #barry

Shaun Wade

Shaun Wade

Sales Advisor

Shaun, or also known as Wadey, has over 7 years in the marine industry. In his spare time, Shaun is a keen motorcyclist riding a KTM 1290 Super Adventure. When we say keen, its all he ever goes on about. That and his two cats; Shelly and Squeak.

Fun Fact: Shaun is in fact a German. (Just without the accent).
